Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling Policies:
We understand that sometimes things come up that are totally out of your hands, but where possible we ask if you could please try your best to stick to your scheduled appointments so that we are not left with an empty salon due to cancellations.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can do this via our booking system. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service price for a late cancellation or 50% for not showing up to your appointment. This will automatically be deducted through the booking system using the card you have entered into the system at the time of booking. This is strictly non refundable. Please read all of the terms and conditions on the booking system for more information when you are booking your appointment. Thanks for your understanding x
